Our hotel respects changes in your traveling plans. Previously booked rooms can be canceled or rebooked when necessary. You can also cancel your booking without fines before 14.00 a day before check-in. If you cancel your booking later, we charge an amount for one night.
If we have a guest who is not included in my booking, do I need to make additional payment? 
The hotel suggests specifying the number of people in advance for a convenient accommodation of your guests and comfortable staying. If there are more people than you indicated, the booking should be changed. In doing so, we can arrange for additional sleeping accommodation in the chosen room or offer a bigger room. When changing the category of room or date of staying, the additional payment you’ll be notified of may be charged when changing your booking.
We plan to arrive with the children. Do you have baby beds for a one-year-old kid and preschoolers? 
Our hotel is happy to welcome the smallest guests! Everything necessary is provided here for the comfortable staying of parents with children. Babies, preschoolers, students will remain pleased with beds and matrasses, and moms will get a good sleep! Indicate all your wishes and requests for sleeping accommodations for children in the field ‘Add a comment’ when booking.
Can I book a room by phone or online only?

Can I make changes or cancel my booking after I made it? 
Of course, you can! When necessary you can enter additions and wishes in the booking you already made. You’ll be informed of them when booking a room and registering cancelation. 
My plans suddenly changed, I cannot get there. What will be if I forget or don’t want to cancel my booking? 
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may change the plans of every person. But if you didn’t inform us of inability to arrive or didn’t ask for cancellation, your booking is considered active. The amount for an overnight stay including taxes (VAT) will be charged from the bank card, which you selected as a pay card. To avoid it, please read the Booking and cancellation rules – they are shown when booking and attached in the email the hotel sends to confirm your booking. 
Do you have early check-in/late check-out?
We won’t allow any of our visitors to stay and wait on the streets! If you arrive earlier than the standard check-in time – before 14:00, the hotel staff will do their best to take into account changes in your traveling plans. The main thing is to notify us in advance, and we’ll make sure to find solutions!
The standard check-out time is at 12:00 or earlier. In the case of late check-out, you need to notify the hotel staff in advance as soon as you know about the need to stay in the room longer than needed!
