This Personal Data Processing Policy was drawn up in compliance with the requirements of the Federal law as of 07/27/2006 No.152-FZ ‘Concerning Personal Data’ and determines the procedure for personal data processing and personal data security measures taken by ООО "Hotels of Krasnoyarsk" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The Operator makes it the major purpose and condition of carrying out of his activities observance of human and citizen rights and liberties when processing their personal data, including protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secret.

1.2. This Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) shall apply to all information the Operator can receive about visitors of the site http://legenda-aero.ru.

2.1. Automatic processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer aids;

2.2. Blocking of personal data – suspension of processing of personal data (except where processing is needed to rectify personal data);

Operator – a state agency, a municipal authority, a legal entity or an individual personally or jointly with other persons organizing and/or processing personal data, as well as defining the goals of processing of personal data, personal data contents subject to processing, actions (operations) taken using personal data;

2.8. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a certain or defined User of the website http://legenda-aero.ru;

2.9. User – a visitor of the website http://legenda-aero.ru;

2.10. Personal data reporting – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain group of people;

2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite range of persons (communication of personal data) or reviewing personal data by to an indefinite range of persons including making personal data available to the public in mass media, publishing in information and telecommunications networks or otherwise granting access to personal data;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign nation, a regulatory body of a foreign nation, a foreign individual or legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions, which result in the non-recoverable destruction of personal data with no further recovery of personal data contents in the personal data information system and/or destruction of material media bearing the personal data.

3.1. Phone number, email, surname, name, patronymic;

3.2. The site is collecting and processing anonymized data on visitors (including cookie files) using the services of Internet statistics (Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics, etc.).

3.3. The above-mentioned data are hereinafter collectively referred to as personal data.

4.1. The goal of processing of User’s personal data — provision of information by phone to provide a service.

4.2. The Operator also has a right to send the user notifications about new products and services, special offers and different events. The User may unsubscribe from information messages by sending the Operator an email to info@legenda-aero.ru marked ‘Refusal of notifications about new products, services, and special offers’.

4.3. Anonymized data of Users collected using the services of internet statistics are designed to collect information on the Users’ actions on the site, improve the quality of the site information
and content.

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only in the case of its filling and/or sending by the User himself in special forms located on the site http://legenda-aero.ru. By filling in corresponding forms and/or sending his personal data, the User expresses his consent to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data on the User if it is allowed in the User's browser configuration (cookie file saving and JavaScript are enabled).

Security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by taking legal, organizational and technical measures, requirements of applicable legislation in the area of personal data protection subject to fulfillment in full.

6.1. The Operator ensures personal data security and takes all necessary measures to exclude the access of unauthorized persons to personal data.

6.2. The User’s personal data will be transferred to third parties in no event except for the cases of legislative execution.

6.3. In the case of inaccuracies revealed in personal data, the User may update them on his own by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator’s email info@legenda-aero.ru marked ‘Personal data update’.

6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw his consent to personal data processing' at any time by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator’s email info@legenda-aero.ru marked 'Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing'.

7.1. Before the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator shall make sure that a foreign nation to the territory of which the transfer of personal data is planned provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data owners.

7.2. The cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign nations, which do not meet the above-mentioned requirements, may be carried out provided written consent of the personal data owner to cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or performance of the contract the party to which is the personal data owner.

8.1. The user can get any explanations on any questions he has concerning the processing of his personal data by addressing the operator via email info@legenda-aero.ru.

8.2. This document will contain all changes in the personal data processing policy made by the Operator. The Policy is permanent before its replacement with a new version.
